Autism Awareness Week
The Golf Trust believes in engaging people fully in their golf development. We choose to deliver in community spaces such as inner city estates, school halls, adventure playgrounds and parks. These untraditional golfing spaces enable us to reach new faces who can discover golf for themselves. Golf is a sport that any age, ability or fitness level can play. Many of the communities that we engage with do not participate in any physical activity, we use golf to encourage regular exercise and movement in our players.
We offer golf tuition for large groups using first touch equipment to transform your space into a golf facility. We can work in a gym or playground/field and teach participants the fundamentals of golf regardless of their golfing ability. Using first touch equipment participants will quickly get to a level of proficiency where they can enjoy themselves on a golf course. Once at that stage we can move the sessions onto the golf course or signpost to other golfing establishments who share our aims.
We understand the need to be flexible in our approach and therefore we tailor all our training packages to the user groups’ needs. All our coaching sessions provide resources and certification for all participants on completion of the activity.
